Leading UK health club chain Holmes Place, who were recently bought out by Virgin Active, is adding another innovative class to its timetable with the launch of the new Nike Rockstar Workout Bollywood. Bollywood is the latest dance style adopted and adapted for the Nike Rockstar Workout programme. Participants can expect a progressive series of eight Asian dance inspired fitness classes that combine great music and moves with a superb physical workout. The dance-style workout has been devised in conjunction with internationally acclaimed celebrity choreographer Jamie King, and blends elements of Hip Hop, Bhangra and Western dance with moves seen in Bollywood movies. The fast paced workout is designed to burn calories whilst strengthening the deep abdominal and back muscles (the ‘core’) as well as working all other major muscle groups.
NaturalMotion Signs Rockstar
NaturalMotion announced today a partnership with Rockstar Games. This agreement will see the publishing label integrate the company's euphoria engine into next-gen titles. The implementation of this 3D animation technology is apparently far along, following several months of close collaboration between the two companies. "euphoria is about giving people an interactive experience they have never seen before," said Torsten Reil, CEO of NaturalMotion. "We now have the processing power to simulate humans, and the possibilities for games are endless." "In Rockstar, we have found a partner that shares this vision, and is renowned for creating some of the most ground-breaking and immersive games in the industry," continues Reil. "We are thrilled and honored to work with a partner of such high caliber, and look forward to helping create amazing titles."

Steward guides Warriors to victory
Donovon Barrett, the boys basketball coach at Buckeye Valley, watched Eastmoor Academy a lot in recent weeks, knowing that his team might face the Warriors in the district tournament. At times, Barrett admitted last night, it was difficult to know when the scouting ended and the appreciation of Eastmoor guard Ronnie Steward began. What became impossible, he said, was separating the two. "He is everything such a special player," Barrett said. "I saw him a lot this season when I scouted Eastmoor, and Ive seen him a lot during the summer. Hes a lot of fun to watch." Hes just not that fun to defend, as Barrett and the Barons learned in a 63-52 loss to Eastmoor in a Division II district semifinal in the Ohio Expo Center Coliseum. Steward, a 5-foot-10 senior headed to the University of Akron, had 20 points, seven assists and six rebounds to lead the top-seeded Warriors (19-3) into the district final against DeSales.

Microsoft Announces Next Round of Xbox 360 Platinum Hits
Microsoft Corp., on the heels of the expanded Platinum Hits launch in Europe earlier this month, has announced that the next round of titles in the Xbox 360 Platinum Hits library will be available March 16 in North America, Latin America, Japan and the Asia Pacific region.
Next month's Platinum Hits releases include critically acclaimed games from the industry's leading publishers, including Activision Publishing Inc.'s "Call of Duty 2", Electronic Arts Inc.'s "EA SPORTS Fight Night Round 3", Ubisoft Entertainment's "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter" and 2K Sport's "Top Spin 2". Microsoft said this lineup of Platinum Hits represents some of the best high-definition titles available on Xbox 360 at an appealing price.
