| PSU Staff Roundtable: GTA IV Wish List
With the next iteration of the blockbuster series Grant Theft Auto currently in development for the PS3, the staff here at PSU thought it would be a good time to talk about what they'd like to see from the next title. We discuss everything from co-op play to comedy, so sit back and enjoy the discussion! We'd like you to get involved also, so leave your thoughts and wishes as comments below. Now, what do we all think? Eric (Journalist): My greatest hope for Grand Theft Auto IV is a living, breathing, world. Don't get me wrong, the last generation GTA's made great attempts and even came close to creating a lifelike world, but small things like seeing the same character model over and over, or passing 3 of the same cars drew you out its hold. Another thing on my GTA IV wishlist is multiple story paths.
GTA 4 October Release Confirmed
Take Two Interactive, during a financial results conference call, revealed that GTA 4 will hit in October. The game will launch on the PS3 and Xbox 360 simultaneously and have episodic content available in 1008. Take Two also announced that Rockstar will introduce in 2008 exclusive episodic content downloads for the game. It is worth mentioning that back at E3 2006, Microsoft announced a deal with Take Two's Rockstar to have exclusive episodic content for the Xbox 360 version of GTA IV. Comments .
Is that 'Chaos' I taste?
His bandmates call him a "swell guy" and say that he's forgetful. Allman even depicts himself as being stuck in a state of distraction.
However, there are a few rumors about Allman he'd like to dispel: he's not bisexual and not a vegetarian.
"I do drink soy mochas, so I guess in a way I am vegetarian," Allman said jokingly.
His parents' love for music tranferred to him when he was young, especially his father's.
"My parents pushed music on me since I was able to crawl around," Allman said.
His father has a vast understanding of music, and the breadth of his knowledge ranges from the basics to Brazilian jazz. By absorbing and applying his father's teachings, Allman adds an essential component to the prosperous musical concoction that's The Used.
Manhunt Begins Again
Rockstar Games today announced Manhunt 2 for PS2, PSP and Wii. The game is the first from long quiet Rockstar London in partnership with series creator Rockstar North. The Wii version of Manhunt 2 is being made by Rockstar Toronto. "With Manhunt 2 we have tried to create a game that stays close to the original concept of chilling suspense and stealth, whilst pushing the game design and storytelling forward," said Sam Houser, founder and executive producer of Rockstar Games. "We are also excited to have our newest development team, Rockstar London, working on the title alongside our two established UK studios, Rockstar North and Leeds." Manhunt 2 will release Summer 2007.

Angry Gaming 03.05.07: Brace Yourselves
Welcome to Angry Gaming, the place where all that leftover malice from Shadowhearts goes after each game. I am your hate master, Damian Sarcuni, and today I am referring to myself as the salami swami as much as possible. Feed me Seymour! Brace Yourselves Have you ever seen the Disney movie The Little Mermaid? Yeah you have, don't lie. Everybody saw that damn movie, and everyone loved it, or at least parts of it. There's something in that movie for everyone, from the god awful love songs to the maniac chef who keeps trying to cook Sebastian the crab. Personally, my favorite character in the movie is the sailor on Prince Eric's ship who only yells one line: "Hurricane a comin'! STAND FAST!! SECURE THE RIGGIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN'!!" That is the 2nd greatest line in all Disney flicks (the 1st is "How could you hope to defeat me? ME?! The mistress of all evil!!" in Sleeping Beauty) and ever since then I haven't been able to look up at a rain cloud filled sky without feeling the urge to belt that line at the top of my lungs.
